Our Fuku AS petty is forged in the san-mai style using aogami super (super blue steel) and stainless steel cladding. Aogami super steel is known for taking and retaining an incredibly sharp cutting edge, even through extended use.The Fuku AS petty has a laser thin blade, stain-resistance cladding and fit with a beautiful dyed stabilized rosewood handle.
The Fuku AS petty is the robin to our 210mm AS Gyuto.
Use and Care
- Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
- Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
- Do not use a dishwasher to clean your knife.
