Our Senshi 210mm Kurouchi Tsuchime Gyuto is the first of our Senshi line of knives and is forged in small batch quantities using the san-mai style with AUS-10A steel and stainless steel cladding and finished with a tsuchime kurouchi finish.

The AUS-10A steel core is known as a super steel similar to VG-10 for it's excellent edge retention and durability, while the stainless steel cladding requires minimal knife maintenance, making it perfect for fast paced kitchens or people that aren't familiar with carbon steel knives.

The Senshi Gyuto has a generous belly making it very comfortable for a rocking or chopping cutting motion. While the kurouchi tsuchime finish allows for incredible fo release turning food prep into a breeze. Finished with a beautiful rosewood wa style handle.
