Yes, we are happy to accommodate any special requests or custom orders you may have. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with specific requests.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please email email@example.com to cancel your order, we are happy to cancel any order before it leaves our office. The only orders we can not cancel are custom placed order. If you have a custom order and need to cancel please contact us right away.

What is the Fuku return policy?
We ship directly from our office located outside Orlando, FL which allows use to ship all orders with 2-day shipping. For Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK orders, your package will arrive in approximately 2 to 4 business days from the date of shipment. Orders to the rest of the world take 3 to 5 days depending on destination country. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about shipping to your country.
