General FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 200 countries, using the fastest shipping method possible.

How can I check the status of an order placed online?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order. We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order and use next day shipping for all domestic orders. Once your order has left our office you will receive a tracking email with your tracking information.

Do you do special or custom orders on knives?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate any special requests or custom orders you may have. Please contact us at with specific requests.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please email to cancel your order, we are happy to cancel any order before it leaves our office. The only orders we can not cancel are custom placed order. If you have a custom order and need to cancel please contact us right away.

When do you charge my credit card?

When you place an order online, a hold is placed on the funds on your credit card. The card is charged when the order ships out.

What is the Fuku return policy?

We offer the best return policy in the industry, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly return your order for full price within the first 30 days. If you are outside the 30 day window please contact us we would still love to help you.
What shipping method do you use?

We ship directly from our office located outside Orlando, FL which allows use to ship all orders with 2-day shipping.  For Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK orders, your package will arrive in approximately 2 to 4 business days from the date of shipment. Orders to the rest of the world take 3 to 5 days depending on destination country. Please contact us at if you have questions about shipping to your country.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email with a link to a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

Is the credit card information I submit secure?

Absolutely. We use encrypted servers so that your credit card information is never at risk of being hacked or stolen.
